Starting week 3
Week 1 was great lost 7 pounds I know most of that is water but a pound is a pound is a pound.
Week 2 I really had to work at it. The treadmill is my best friend these day
Week 3 is going to be a bear my Husband is redoing the downstairs. He's in the mist of adding a room which will get all this weight equipment into it's own place rather than scattered all over the house. The draw back is my treadmill is out of reach
