the Holidays

 

Well these next two weeks are going to be tough as I have so much to do and going on...
 
I have a lot of baking to do.  and lets not forget all the get togathers and Dinner Parties also My Husband and my works Christmas Parties.....
 
Well as the 1st I'm going to really get at my treadmill more as my Hubby just finished our work out room and everything is now in it's palce instead of scattered all over the garage and house....
 
It's been really cold here been in the  -18 degrees at night and during the day from 1 to 14 degrees.....On Wednesday we're suppose to be in the 40's YEAH!!!!  and then back to the negitives OUCH  there was on night we're it was -27 it took your breath away......Sure do miss CA
 
I'm missing my two daughters and grandkids really bad..There In Ca where I was till 2002 I moved here to Mt to be with my Mom (after my girls left home on there own) upon moving here to Mt one month later my mother was diagnosed with Cancer...The Doctors gave her 5-10 years and she barely made it 18 months thanks to my Step-dad who couldn't wait for her to go.
Mydear mother gave up the fight with a broken heart.   The holidays just aren't the same these days ..... thank god every day for my loving Husbands who keeps me going...Someday I hope to move back to where my girls are.....I know this will make the as happy as I would me..

Begging Doctor Today

 

 
WOW!!!
It's really harder without my treadmill.  Hubby has still got everything pilled up in the corner while he builds a room for all the equipment.
 
Well I have a Dr appointment this morning to make sure I'm not as she put shriveling up while taking Phentermine, well no problem with that.
 
I've been on Phentermine 30 for 4 weeks now I do believe I had more energy and did alot better the first go around with Phentermine 37.5 so when I go to my appointment today I will be asking the go back on the first..

Starting week 3

 

Week 1 was great lost 7 pounds I know most of that is water but a pound is a pound is a pound.
Week 2 I really had to work at it.  The treadmill is my best friend these day
Week 3 is going to be a bear my Husband is redoing the downstairs.  He's in the mist of adding a room which will get all this weight equipment into it's own place rather than scattered all over the house.  The draw back is my treadmill is out of reach .

Phentermine

Finally my original Dr perscribed me Phentermine HEY>>> Will be back on the right track in the AM...Had several set backs as to getting an inner ear virus and not being able to do any of my activities and my Dr wouldn't give me any more as he said 90 days was enough and I should be happy at my weight......

Phentermine

Hi New Here

My Dr perscribed me phentermine 37.5 for only 90 days he said that was all he would do so do the best I could.  I lost 30 pounds and have been at a stand still for 30 days now.  I begged him to let me continue on with it till I fot into the 130's with no luck.  Was wondering if these sites that advertise Phentermine are legite and are the real pill before I spend my money on them.....
