Day 1
First day
Woke up about noon. Had lunch, apx. 540 calories. Not the best, but I wasn't working with much. The kitchen is stocked with very little healthy alternatives.
This is my only time to post today, so here are my plans for the remainder of Wednesday ( I will post tomorrow if I did them)
1. Work out on elliptical for an hour, or split 30/30 with stairmaster.
2. Start fancy push up program my Dad wants me to try.
3. Start a daily calisthenics routine.
4. Clean room, yes it burns calories!
5. Keep rest of today's intake under 510 calories (this should be the biggie)
6. Go to bed at decent time :)
Six mini goals!
Oh by the way, everyday, or every time I post, I will write a 'way to change'. I saw the idea on livejournal and I thought it was great. My ways to change won't always be health related, but they will definitely be positive. They are just general ways in which I want to change myself.
First way to change:
Sleep habits. Going to bed at one and getting up in the early afternoon can't be healthy. I've noticed that I am super groggy for the whole day when I do that. So my first way to change is to start exercising proper sleeping habits. This shouldn't be to difficult once marching band practice starts, and school of course.
I'd like to get 8-10 hours of sleep a night, and wake up no later than 10 am.
