The turtle......
is back!
That's really quite what I feel like right now, I am terribly slow still and need time for everything I do. But it's getting better......
So my goal for October is getting fitter again. I was doing so well with running and everything and now I feel like a tired little something again. Well, tired tall something 
I will write again soon with more thoughts. Right now I am trying to work my way into working again after having been VERY sick for a week. It hit me harder than I thought it would......

I feel like a turtle too. In every sense of the word. I haven't gotten myself to exercise in over a week. Not even Yoga...for a while there I was doing really well, not that I was losing a lot of weight or anything, but I exercised everyday for 2 months straight (I recorded it). Then I don't know, things got in the way... I came up with stupid excuses....Now I'm back to losing weight, but it's very SLOW (take a look at my graph), and I just feel so sluggish. Is there a pill you can take for that? 
I wish you luck in your goal to get fitter. It's my goal too. You seem very nice... Can I add you on as my friend?

Slow
I'm a turtle, too, but mostly because I'm sick. No exercise, practically no movement at all in a week. Blah. I will be feeling the same challenge after I beat this illness. Good luck getting back into the groove.
