My first post
I'm new here, but not new as a weight loser. I think I've lost at least hundred kilos during last fifteen years, usually 20 to 30 at a time, but I've always gained them back. Right now I weigh 84.1 kgs, and my BMI is 31.3.
My diet is not going by any name, I just try to eat less candies and junk food and more vegetables and basic home made food. I don't have time or energy to do sports regularly, but I'll try to go by bike or foot as much as possible.
What else could I tell about myself? Well, I'm 30 years old, I recently went back to college, and live in a relationship with a woman. My hobbies and interest include volunteer work, reading, writing, arts and crafts, medicine, psychology, cooking, social networking, etc.
