What is tomorrow?
Tomorrow is my day off of no workout...Of couse I think I would rather work my 8hours and exercise then work 12 hours tomorrow and then go to class. It is going to be a very long day tomorrow, hope it goes by fast. Today my alarm did not go off which made me late for work, OMG I was so frantic this morning I only had 30 minutes get a shower, dressed, and get there in the full 30 minutes. That was the first time that my alarm has never went off before....
N-e-who came home did homework and exercised and can I say that TV sucks lately!!!

Hi-Def
So today was a HI-Def Sculpt day to the firm when I got home from work. Lets just say today was alot better day then yesterday
Thank goodness!! Of course my turkey sandwhich on wheat breadthat I had for lunch was starting to kill my stomach a few hours later. It was making me so bloated, but it passed. I don't think it was just that it was wheat its just that I have had quit a bit of wheat all together.
While I was working out my crazy cat C.J. started to attack me because he thought I was playing around with him, crazy cat!! I was going to attach a picture in my blog here but for some reason I could not get it to work. Nor would it let me add any more pictures in my album, oh well I shall re-do pictures one day soon.
Time for me to go watch some TV to veg out a little.

Oh The STRESS!!
I know stress can't be good for anyone, especially when you are trying to loose weight. Doesn't it make it harder to drop pounds? N-e-who I was just irratated to day at work, I transfered to a new office, so I really don' t know anyone in there nor the clients. Everyone has been there for a really long time, I just transfered so I would not have to drive an hour to work every morning and to be closer to home. But I just feel like I am sucking at it because I'm not producing any new money at all....I been there for 4 days now and I only have 3 more days of this week since I do have to be at a meeting Friday. Just seems like alot of new stress, that I don't need. I going to try not let it get to me and just keep tring my best and if I do end up sucking whatever if I'm gone I'm gone nothing I can do about it but try.
I did come home tonight and chilled out for an hour or so and did my hour long work out. Thought that would help relieve some built up stress.
Last night I made me a day to day work out schdule for the next few weeks and went ahead and schdule my days off for rest which is always going to be thursdays and another day in the week. Thursday because I work 12 hours that day and I have school that night, I would be wore out to even think about exercising.
N-e-who today really sucked for me at work, and I didn't sleep much last night could have been a factor too. But I did work out and ate good.

No Slacking
Ok, I slacked off this week b/c I felt so sick past couple days of puckiness. Which isn't even a word probably, but whatever. I am back on track I just finished my 40min. workout for today of Cardio Party with the Firm, I was debating treadmill or video and honestly I think i sweat more with the video. N-e-who no more slacking since I feel better and not pucky!!
So I went to the store today and got a Brita pitcher, which is really awesome. Didn't really realize of all the money I was wasting on bottled water, but it adds up. City water to me is horrible from the facult, I can smell the chlorine, Iron who knows what else but you can tell its in there. So this time I got a Brita pitcher filled it up poured a glass and I couldn't smell anything and it actually tasted crisp and clean. So then I filled up another glass out of the facult directly and its so obvious of the big difference it makes. I guess the inspiration came from watching the Biggest Loser episode.
This will be a better week : ) !!

Sick
So I didn't get to work out like I wanted to today, I don't kow if its because of TOM showed up, or me feeling sicky, and if Im feeling sick because of TOM or because of this stupid weather!!! One day its 60degrees the next day its snowing 5 inches... drives a person insane, who knows how to dress. More like its a combo of both, b/c I could totally throw up right now.
Not to much to say but I am totally going to make up this day on saturday when I was planning to rest that day. Thats all tonight feeling barfing again....

This Weeks Plan
Walk/Jog 2miles today, even though I was aiming for 3miles. However, while I was on the treadmill I was thinking what would be my workout plan this week. The rest of this weeks goal is:
Wednesday: The Firm video of Toning and Sculpting, 1 hour
Thursday: 3 Miles
Friday: 1 hour of Cardio
And not giving in to temptations of sweet sugary foods!!! Going to make me a chart and get me a new food diary to keep track of everything to keep me on track. Biggest Looser starts tonight, thought I might watch it this season, maybe it will keep me motivated to keep up with the show. Who wouldn't be jealous after seeing that show saying if I would have stuck to it I would be there by now, and then when the finale shows up I'm still the old me and I look at how all those ppl have made the committement to reach their goal. With support makes each day easier, to reach that goal.

Happy New Year
Its a new year this morning, another day to stick to workouts. Not to mention all the stuff I need to get done today on my day off. Clean house, Dishes, Laundry, and Work out. It's a good day to stay in and get everything done, since we are under a Winter Storm Watch today and tonight. Hasn't really snowed alot this winter, a little shouldn't be to bad.
I tried those yogurts that taste like key lime pie, white chocolate, cheesecake, and lots more. There fat free and I am glad they aren't made with that splenda stuff...yuck... : ( They are really awesome, but a little granola in there and its 110 calories.
I eat healthy pretty much all the time, with on occassions I might eat chinese, steak, and such. But mostly I eat my lean cuisine and other diet meals, its the work out part I slack on, that is the part I need to keep focus on. If anyone has any advice on that area let me know what u do?
Got a lot to get done today, I shall return...

New Shoes
After not working out as much this year, like the year before when i had taken off the 40lbs I have gain 5lbs. This year I decided its time to get back on that treadmill because I want to loose the rest of this weight. I weigh 170lbs now from starting out at 211lbs and only gain back 5lbs back in 2007, I guess it could have been worse, but I am not happy were I am. I gave up because I got so wore out of working out and eating the same Lean Cuisine meals over and over, I lost my motivation but for christmas I bought me a new pair of running shoes and its time to get healthy!! and to loose those last 35 to 40lbs.
Support is highly needed, loosing weight is hard to do, and sticking to work outs is even harder.
