Went to weigh in today, was down 1.5lbs this week. good especially that TOM is here and had some chinese this week, but not the fried stuff I was good at the buffett - very proud.
 
N-e-who happy about weight loss, but depressed of personal life is sucking. Could just be TOM makes me feel this way I don't know but it sucks...

1 lb.

One pound down this week, its a loss so thats good. Guess would be more if I would exercise like I know I should. I'm glad for my one pound, used some extra points today instead of 23 total today I had 33 -- So I dipped into some of my extra points this week.
 
Haven't been blogging like I should either, been busy.

Weigh N Go

Went on lunch break to weigh n go at WW today, I was surprised that I lost 2lbs I haven't really exercised much at all this week. Haven't really did much this week, haven't felt like it at all been busy. Even snuck in a reese cup egg from easter at my parents house and a reese cup football out of my little brothers and sister easter basket.
 
I didn' t use any extra points so guess it didn't go against me this time around this week
 
Haven't got to blog much either lately, usually I"m on here every day but past couple of weeks have been busy and busy. Just hard to find the time.
 
Muai looks good with her hair cut, I can actually see her eyes again.
 
Its late here and got to get up early tomorrow for work and work until 7 yuck,

Today

Today, stuck to plan but didn't workout again I so suck!!!  on the workout department, I still have two points avail but don't think I'm gonna use them tonight, I'm not really hungry.
 
WIsh it was friday all ready, Maui goes to get her hair cut Saturday, she is so shaggy she hasn't had a hair cut since September and her hair is really long.
 
Not much to post about tonight, but feel like purple tonight.

Weighed in this evening, was down .5lbs to WW scale as compared to my scale, but I will keep track of WW scale even though my scale showed a little more loss.
 
With TOM still around, I still beleive it was a good loss, it was something and not a gain. I was hoping for at least to stay the same this week so a half a pound is great...
 
They had a little hungry guy magnet at the meeting today, and thats all there ever going to have good thing I got mine when I did today. I came home and placed him on my fridge!!:)

Weigh IN Tomorrow?

We'll I have weigh in tomorrow after work at 5pm. I haven't blogged lately been busy/lazy a combination of the both. I have been out of town for holiday, a funeral, and now back to work.
 
TOM is here and don't feel like doing much of anything lately, wish he hurry up and get the heck out of here!!!  With that said I dread Weigh in tomorrow, I just hope that I don't show a gain at least stayed the same...here's hoping for that. I just want to sleep, when its that time, don't feel like working out, didn't get much work outs in this week  but 3 I think, I believe I stayed under my points and used about 25 of my 35 extra points this week. Just feel bloated!!!! Just dreading tomorrow's weigh in.
 
Work is getting on my nerves, ppl are driving me crazy, they consider it SALES and sales sucks... never go into sales!!! It is so stressful, worring of quota's and if you will have a job the next day..

To Be a Rough WEEK...

It is going to be a rough week, I can tell with TOM visiting me this week and decided to show up this evening. Feel like I can eat all night, even though I'm not hungry, just feel like I"m not full, TOM makes me feel like this... WHY? TOM sucks so much, it is going to be a rough week I do know that.
 
The two other ladies in my office decided today that there not gonna go back to the WW to pay 12.00 aweek just so someone can weigh them, when they can weigh thereselves each week.
 
As for me, I am going to try to go as much as I can, its the support that keeps me motivate to loose and seeing others loosing is also helpful, makes me want that drive to loose to.
 
Not to mention I used 3 of my extra points today, and not exercising tonight either. I'm wore out from my 4 days in a row of work out. I almost didn't make it last night through my work out, started getting muscle pains I guess in my shoulders and back but that can be due to TOM too.
 
 

Short Post

Just got home from work got a lot to do here.
 
I need to cheer down from work, had dinner --left over spicy honey chicken and steamed brocolli, cabbage, and 1/2 cup applesauce. I love the applesauce snack pack size I get my fruit in, and there good, and no sugar added all natural applesauce -- good with any meal as a side dish.
 
 And the steam zip-lock bags are awesome, steamed brocolli in less then 3mins.
 
Going to work on some cardio, tonight before Biggest loser comes on, looks like a good episode.. Blog later...
 
 
 

Yoga W/Bob

okay, got off here from blogging earlier I did my work out for today, 35 minutes of weight loss yoga with Bob Harper one of the Biggest Looser DVD's and my muscles are tight, didn't sweat as much as I did with the firm cardio party but I can feel it, thought I would switch things up so I don't get as board with working out. Not to mention that its a good relaxation, work out that builds strength and stamina to me anyways.

Weigh in tonight after work, I didn't stay for the meeting b/c it is to start snowing soon 2-4 inches by morning and 1-3 tomorrow.
 
I made my 5% goal AWESOME!!!!
 
I got my 10lb ribbion tonight, and I would like to think Smart Ones for making such a delicious Lasanga that I think I ate 4 times this week, and the 1 point WW chocolate pecan crowns, and mouse chocolates, and the 2 point yoplaits...and myself for not eating bad chinese when I had sushi wednesday on our night out.
 
I have began to notice that I'm getting fuller faster, and those dinners are just enough to feel me up, that a salad with them leaves me supper stuffed.
 
Okay, next week I'm weighing in on Wednesday. I'm going to my grandparents for Easter dinner on Saturday so ... that being said I want to have those two extra days to work off my extra points I"m going to use saturday : )
 
Not only that TOM should be here in the next couple days, and that would give me a day or two for him to be almost gone before I weigh in next week.
 
I only had 3 work outs this past week my goal for this week is to step up on working out 4-5 times, and try to stay under points for easter dinner saturday!! If its pretty I'll get a few walks in before and after eating...that should help.
