Day 2

I broke down last night and had some Sun Chips and Dr. Pepper. My brother and Ross wanted some for when we watched the movies, and I caved. We never have chips or pop in those house. But I mean, hey, I can splurge every now and then, right?

Breakfast
    - 2 cups. oatmeal
    - 2 pcs. white toast w/margerine
    - 2 tbsp. brown sugar
    -1/2 cup. milk

Lunch
    - bowl of chicken noodle soup
    - approx. 15 crackers , unsalted
    - glass of Minute Maid Light juice

Dinner
    - chicken breast
    - pasta
    - small cup of Minute Maid Light juice

Snack
    - 10 pieces of black licorice
    - cup of tea
       - 1% milk
       - 1/2 tsp. sugar

Day 1

Breakfast
    - 1 cup oatmeal
    - 2 pcs. brown toast
    - 2 tsp. brown sugar
    - 8 oz. Minute Maid Light juice

Lunch
    - 1/2 cup tuna
    - 1 tbsp. mayo
    - 2 pcs. brown bread
    - pepper

Dinner
    - Kraft Dinner
    - garden salad
       - mushrooms
       - radish
       - baby carrots
       - cucumber dressing

Snack
    - approx. 24 Sun Chips
    - glass of Dr. Pepper
