Stuck in a Rut
Ahhhhhhhhhhh. time flies by and I seem to be stuck at this weight. Just can't seem to get in the groove and really evaluate what needs to happen differently. You know the saying, "You cannot do things in the same way and expect different results" I believe that was Einstein.
So I must think long and hard on what I will do differently on a regular basis to jumpstart some more positive results.

What a game and some great snacks. Was at a house party and everyone brings such good food. Now it's a new week and new determination to lose those rolls around my middle, one day at a time. Will also make an effort to not drink until Friday, when I have a shindig to attend. That's my committment for this week. And I'm off.............

Happy New Year - Recyled resolution
This has to be the time to get myself on track. I'm not looking to get to model thiness, just a more healthy weight I can maintain and still enjoy life, food, drink and some fun times. Started OK, but had a girls week-end and that generally means some over-indulgence. So not expecting this week to be too productive, however the week-end was very worth it.
Need to get in some exercise, but with the winters in MN, tough to be outside and I hate to be cold. Here's where my motivation really lacks.
I will try to do some weights tonight even if it's in front of the TV.
