OMG, I gained!!!!!

I am shocked! I have never weighed this much........EVER.

Got back from vacation, but thought I did better than that. I go to a gym and yesterday signed up for  12 week program. That's when they weighed me in. I quit smoking a few years ago, so I think I can do this also. 1 day at a time???

Thanks for taking time to post on my blog.  You are totally right, this definite IS one day at a time!  Each and every day you have to make choices.....do I want this cake or do I want to be thin and so forth.  You CAN do this.  You've already taken the first steps.  Remember you didn't become overweight in one day and you're not going to lose it al in one day but, as they say, slow and steady wins the race and you WILL eventualy make your goal.  Hang in there girl and holler at me if you need to chat or vent.  That's what EP is for!

You'll be ok ...just stick with it....I only just started my diet on Tues...I'm scared....excited and nervous all at the time...it will happen...everytime I am about to eat something bad I say this sentence and I SWEAR it works....."Looking good feels better than food tastes"
