Quick update to say I had a loss of 1.4 today! Finally!
I had been weighing myself at home and it was showing a 2 pound loss for the past few days. So I get up to go to my weigh in yesterday and it jumped back up. I was so annoyed. I don't know why that happened. So, I weighed with a .2 pound gain. I know that's nothing, but I was so annoyed. Anyways, I just wanted to post really quickly. Hope everyone has a good week!
Life has been nuts again lately and I haven't posted in a while. I figured I would now since I have a few minutes.
I didn't end up weighing in last Saturday because I was sick. But the previous Saturday (2/24) I did and I was down 2 pounds. So,yay for me! I'm weighing in again this Saturday and I think I've lost a couple of pounds.
It's been really hard for me to eat the JC all the time. My husband and I eat out a lot and always have. Breakfast is no problem. But lunch and dinner are another story. I guess I just need to realize that if I'm going to continue to eat out a couple of times a week I won't loose as quickly. For the most part I try to make smart choices when I eat out.
Nothing much planned for the weekend yet. I'm off work tomorrow and I have a friend coming over to scrapbook a baby book as a gift for another friend. But that's about it. Oh and then weigh in on Saturday morning. I will try to post my LOSS!
Well, I never got around to posting after weigh in on Saturday. I don't even want to say how much I gained. I don't even know how it happened! Well, I know how it happened, but I guess I'm in denial. This sucks. There's nothing I can do about it now. I've been back on program this week, so hopefully it comes off quick. I just haven't been into it. I don't know what's with me. I'm so bummed.
I tried the new JC Teriyaki Salmon on Monday and it was okay. I'm usually a pretty big fan of anything salmon, but it was just OK. I'll probably get it again just for a change, but it's nothing to write home about. I also tried the new JC Italian Wedding Soup. I found it to be a little bland. I really liked the textures: meatballs, spinach, noodle things. I had to add a little salt to it and it was still just okay. I'm hoping next week I'll get to try the Chicken Tortilla Soup (they were out when I went on Saturday).
I'm going to heat up my lunch. I'm having the meatball sandwich. I really like it! I know a lot of people say it's too dry, but I really likebready things and didn't think it was too dry. I thought it was perfect!
I hope everyone is in a better mood than I am today and has more motivation...hey, pass some on to me!
Wow, I haven't posted in almost 2 weeks! I didn't end up weighing in last Saturday because we had plans to go to my moms. But I weigh in tomorrow morning. I'm really feeling like a slacker/looser this week. I haven't stayed on plan at all. I don't know what I'm doing and why I can't stick to a plan. It's not likeJC is difficult to follow. So, I'm sure I will have a gain tomorrow at weigh in. I can totally feel it. I feel like crap. I feel bloated. I feel constantly full and I hate that feeling. Why do I do these things?
I was really hoping I could be under 200 by this summer. Especially because we are planning a trip to NY with some friends and I really want to fit in the airplane seat comfortably! I'm going to get back on track. I will startexercising again and eating my fruits and veggies. I will feel 100% better!
On a side note...we finally bought a Nintendo Wii. It's so much fun and I do feel like I get a mini workout in with it. It's not the standard games you sit and play...I'm up moving around the entire time. I don'tknow if it will really make a difference, but it has to be better than sitting and watching TV all night.
Well, I'll try to post tomorrow after my weigh in, but it's not going to be pretty...
Just a quick update to say I was down 1.0 today. I'm pretty excited!
My goal for next week is to simply maintain. I have a crazy week ahead...

Sunday - Superbowl Party
Tuesday - Hubby's Grandmothers 90th birthday party and dinner
Wednesday - Dinner with my dad
Thursday - Lunch date in San Diego

Happy Friday everyone! I have a busy weekend ahead. Saturday we are going to Supercross in Anaheim and then Sunday we're going to a Superbowl party in San Diego. So it's going to be hard to stay on plan. But I'll be as good as I can!

I had a great day today. After work I came home and walk on the treadmill for a mile. Then I made dinner for the hubby and I had theJC chicken fettuccine. Yummy! I really like the chicken fettuccine. I also made smelly broccoli and cauliflower , but it didn't smell as bad as it did last time. I didn't end up eating blueberry muffin this morning, so I'm going to have it tonight as my snack along with some fruit salad I made.
It's supposed to rain starting tonight and last through Wednesday. Yuck! I hate the traffic when it rains.
Well, I'm off to watch a little TV.
Wow, for some reason it seems like I've been doing this more than 28 days. I can't even remember the last time I stuck to a diet for more than a couple of weeks! So, I consider this progress. I hate to say it but I might be getting tired of some of theJC food. I had the fajitas tonight, which I've really liked in the past. For some reason I could only eat half of it. It was kind of gross. Maybe I was just in a weird mood or something. But I'm going to stick with it.
I had a pretty good weekend. We were off on Friday and saw a couple of movies. We saw "Smokin' Aces", which has Ben Affleck in it. We didn't really care for the movie. Basically, I thought it was dumb. The second movies was "Catch and Release" with Jennifer Garner. I really liked it. It's a really cute chick flick. Saturday we drove to a local lake and looked around. Not too exciting. Then today I did laundry and some pretty good cleaning. Cleaned out a couple of cabinets in the kitchen and stuff like that. Now I'm sitting. I haven't worked out since Thursday. But I guess I figure that as long as I workout during the week, I should be able to take a weekend off every now and then.
I can't believe the weekend is already over. Maybe I need a new job because I'm really starting to dread work. Not that it's bad, but it's getting boring. At least I'll be starting my week off on a good note...I've already cut up my veggies for work and put someLF ranch in a Tupperware container.
