Another week, another step on the way to reaching my target weight. I'm happy to report that i am still losing weight, while enjoying tasty meals. If i'd known that it would be this easy, i would have done this ages ago.

My wife is also doing well and is on the way to reaching her goal weight. We are having a weeks holiday away, which would usually cause a problem with meals. However, we've booked an apartment with a kitchen and plan to prepare our own meals. I'm expecting to report another loss on my return, i'll keep you posted.

Surprise!! a diet that works for me

It's taken me longer to pluck up the courage to write this than it has to lose weight on the Cohens Lifestyle plan. I've been overweight for years and have tried many times to shed a few kilos. They all seemed to work at first and then i hit the wall. This time however i've found one that works for me. 24 kilos in 6 weeks is better i could ever have hoped for.

I may not write here everyday but i'll drop in to once in a while to share my good news with you all. I'm also happy to pass on info about the Cohen diet to anyone who's interested.

I am a Liverpool FC supporter and i think the club motto fits the idea of a support forum, so i'll use it as my sign off - You'll never walk alone.
