I am a mother of 3 children and I pretty much am at home besides running errands. I am a full time college student and I love every minute of it.
I have let my weight go over the past 5 years and it is now out of my control. I technically should weigh 135lbs but for me personally I feel I look fantastic around 165 or so.
So that will be my goal for now.
I hope my husband will join me in this quest for a better body and a better life. We shall see.
Today I am starting off by adding water to my diet in the amount of 64 ounces per day. I am also going to incorporate 15 minutes of exercise. I know it does not seem like alot but I am terribly out of shape and need to start slowly.
I will be ordering my PHEN to assist in my quest on Monday. I cannot wait to get a little boost of energy and a less appetite.
I will keep this updated as best as I can.
