Not to hot to walk yayyy
I was so happy when i found out it wasnt going to be AS hot as its been here. I woke up and just coldnt wait to get my daughter in her stroller and tell my son we were going for a walk. We walked about 45 minutes or so we stopped and i got my son something from KFC! No ... i didnt get anything for myself just him. I was able to work up a sweat but i was not thinking i was having a heat stroke like the last time i walked. I hope i can do it again tomorrow! that dr wanted me to exercise 45 minutes a day. but i find anything but walking boring.
