The Beginning
Well... here's the beginning. Kind of. I've been trying to lose weight for a long time, and it just gradually builds up. I flirt with exercise, only to lose motivation. I've reached the highest weight of my life, and it's time for a change. I'm 5'5", 160 lbs, and I want to reach 140 lbs. by July 1. But I really need help. Here are some facts:
1. I have almost unlimited access to the college gym.
2. I have almost unlimited access to food when I am at work (I work at a dining hall, 18 hours a week).
3. I take 15 hours of classes, along with work, and at the end of the day when I finally get to workout, I already feel really tired from a full day.
4. I'm married, and my husband is a VERY picky eater.
5. I'm, unfortunately, a stress and boredom eater (not a good combo for a college student with almost constant access to food).
6. If I don't have people to whom I feel accountable, and who will motivate me, I won't succeed with this. I need help.
I really want to lose this weight, and any help/tips are greatly appreciated!
