Weigh In Tomorrow
So tomorrow is my weigh-in. I'm not expecting much really. I did great today, but the rest of the week bit the dust. We shall see.

Christmas Is Over
So Christmas is officially over for the year. I had a great holiday, and although I had more calories than normal, I really think I did better than normal. When I would usually hang around eating pie and cookies, I stuck with the veggie tray. Of course no one else was interested in it, but oh well that's better for me.
My parents rock. They got me a new 18-speed bike. I've been using a crappy old onespeed. It sucked. It's cold today, but I will be going for a ride later on. This is going to help me at home so much.
I'm upping my cardio. My new plan is this:
Mon, Wed, Fri: 30-45 minutes strength training, 1.5 hours cardio
Tues, Thurs, Sat: 2 hours cardio
It's a lot, but I need to push harder. When school starts I'll have a 50 minute weight lifting class, so I'll be able to work out then, then go back in the afternoon for my cardio. This is gonna work out well I think.

Christmas Week
So I haven't been doing too great with food at home, but I've been doing better than I have ever done in the past for sure. I've been good about working out, too. I've stayed pretty busy getting ready for Christmas, so less time to be preoccupied by food.

Christmas break has begun
Today is my first day home after a long semester of college. Grades and everything went great this semester. Now to adjust to being home again. The biggest challenge is keeping on track with exercise and food. There's more food around than I'm used to, but I've been home for a full day now and am doing great. I even turned down cheesecake! I've never turned down cheesecake in my entire life! When I got up this morning, I ate a quick breakfast and went for a thirty minute power walk, which is my usual saturday thing, but I actually made myself do it at home, which was great. I started thinking about where I want to be in one month when school starts back again. I think it will be great. I realized that I will most definitely be in the 214-218 range. My mind is having a very difficult time comprehending that I could be in the 2-teens range again. I'm sooo excited!!!!

Last day of school
So today is the last real day of school, if you can call it that. I went to take my 8 am final, and the professor said since I had so few absences and an A, I didn't have to take the final. AWESOME!!!
In a little bit I have to start moving my stuff into the dorm room I'll be in next semester. My current roomie is transfering out :(. She'll do great though.
I finally went and got some much-needed sweatpants. Since i'll be doing my workouts outside mostly over the break, I need them. Tomorrow, I will be moving home from school and won't be back until January 17!

New Meds
So I broke down and joined the diet pill club, a club I have never considered before now. I'm taking AcaiTrim, which is all natural. No caffiene either, which is rare for a diet pill. It's a mix of acai berry and green tea. Other than the strange effect of smelling sweet fruit all day, it's not bad. It makes me a little bit jittery, but not too bad. Anything that boosts your metabolism will do that. I ate very small meals yesterday and was totally satisfied with them. I got hungry at bedtime, but decided if I could get myself to sleep, I wouldn't have to worry about it, which is exactly what happened. Also, I burned about 50 more calories than normal during yesterday's workout, but I felt like I had barely done anything. Definite energy boost. Yesterday was only my first day. I'll keep taking them...and Sunday's weigh-in will be the real test.

Disappointed in Me
I don't think I've been behaving very well this week. I could blame it on an EXTREME amount of stress bc of finals next week, but let's not go there. I'm buckling down once again. If I need to get rid of stress, I will turn to an extra workout to relieve it...not food!

Success!!!
I just had my Week 1 weigh-in. Due to getting stuck in the dorms without a scale, I couldn't weigh in on Sunday as planned. But weighed in this morning and I am four pounds down! After being so scared to get on the scale this morning, I feel absolutely amazing now. I still have a long road ahead of me, but I've taken that first step towards a final success.

I worked out a little today & I have a full workout tomorrow, but I'm scared. Weigh in is tomorrow. This is the first one of the diet...It's sooo scary :(

Stuck at School
So I ended up not getting to go home this weekend because it was too snowy. I know for my ep friends up north that seems hilarious because we only had four inches, but I have a massive bridge to cross to go home and I'm scared. I know there had to have been ice on it. Since I was here and had a lot going on, I ended up not working out Friday or Saturday. I'm going to workout in my dorm room in a few minutes. I don't plan on making Sunday's a regular day for working out, but when I miss two days, I've got to make it up.
