Week 2: One lbs Lighter
Sunday is my weigh in day, so I checked yesterday. I lost 1 lbs.
I was supposed to lose 4 lbs by now, but I lost 3 lbs. I guess I'm ok with that - with the sun stroke and periods to disrupt my routine, not to mention the pizza and strawberry pound cake over the weekend - I still did fine.
Onto the third week!

Yay!
Another pound... that is great. Keep it up. You did have a couple of set backs with your heat stroke and such, but that is okay. You are still moving forward and you haven't given up. This is a good thing. We are all allowed to have off days.
I am pleased with the inches I have lost. It is a motivator even when the scale doesn't budge. I have to remind myself to look for changes that don't necessarily come from the scale because I don't want to get discouraged. It is difficult because, when I look in the mirror, I don't really see the changes yet. So, I do think you should measure. I wish I had done it in December and kept track because I might not have had such an issue with the motivation issue during my prolonged plateau in April & May.
Keep up the good work. You CAN do this!

That's great that you lost another lb. I think as long as you keep losing and not gaining you are doing good. I can totally relate to the disruption to your schedule. I am facing a long and very busy week on top of being sick. UGH ! I'm proud of ya! Keep up the good work.

Well done, that's really good!! At least your scales are moving in the right direction (mine stayed stationery.. boo!!).
What have you got planned for meals today?
