Nursing school sucks for getting healthy!!!!

I sit on my butt all day and so I've resigned to getting kashi granola bars and eating them throughout the day so I don't cave to fast food. I've gotten down to pre pregnancy weight, but I still have fat pooches so I really really really really need to do some strength training. I just can't bring myself to "work out". I've been watching paul mckenna and he makes so much sense! I'll get there one day....

Seriously. Nothing else has worked. Claritin D takes away my appetite. I've had some interesting (to say the least) medical issues, and at one point my was put on cyproheptadine. it's an antihistimine. they also use it to treat anorexia..... I was eating in my sleep, and put on 7 lbs in less than 5 days. My dr. wouldn't put me on anything else, told me to practice self control. He weighs about 250. I changed  doctors!  lol.

I'm in nursing school, so I sit on my butt all day. I'm exhausted mentally, so not too motivated to "work out" so I'm sneaking it in. Played basketball the other day, mowed the grass (not a riding mower) on Saturday. anything but actual exercise!

Now for the good stuff. I am finally around my pre preggo weight, but I need to exercise. I'm still fat. fluffy. Whatever. I need to use weights and get some cardio in. I stay stressed out and need to be in better shape for my age. That's it for today. The signup process pissed me off, so I'm going to do homework now.
