I haven't blogged the last few days. I haven't dieted at all the last few days. My dog was scheduled for surgery for his hip dysplasia. More on that can be seen at http://www.newsondakota.blogspot.com , anyways, I have been stressing about his surgery. Which is now over as of today thank goodness!
I have also been going through alot with my g-daughters mother again. But I think I have pretty much taken care of that problem. I found a visiting center that i can just drop Ava off. Then her mom can visit her their instead of my home. It is supervised and sounds much better for Ava and also better for me. I won't have to deal with her mother anymore..
As for me, I am going to start new tomorrow.The best I can anyways, Dakota gets to come home in the morning. So, that will require alot of watching him as well.We built him a ramp for our stairs,which he will need for about 2 weeks.
His butt has been shaved, lol. He now has a babboon's butt.
All will be well and I will keep on plugging away. Hope this finds you all are still keeping with it as well. Even on these hard to focus days.

Me, I have done pretty good today. I've had to set my cell phone alarm to eat little bits during the day instead of bigger meals. Which is totally new to me. I have done my treadmill and am trying to talk myself into doing some abdominal and flabby arm exercises as well.
I've actuallly been working with my dog on the treadmill as well. It's good for him to get some muscle built up before his surgery. I sit on a chair next to him to hold my hand under his stomach. He has a crooked walk right now so i just guide him to keep him straight.
I know my son would have a fit if he knew i was writing this, but some things are just meant to be shared..
He is a beautiful boy of 22 years old, and i have 2 other sons 21,23. o.k. enough said..
He decided to moon his brothers by sticking his butt on his apartment window. It broke!!!!
He had to come here and fix up his 2 big gashes on his left butt cheek. It looked bad of course but it was only a flesh wound. How can i sound so calm?
This boy has a reason to be here. He has been in a car that was hit head on by a semi truck and survived,he was not driving.
He has hit a wall his first time on a dirt bike and needed a rod in his leg, and survived.
He thinks hes a cat with 9 lives, but he has used up quite a few so he needs to slow down a bit.So this to me is just dang funny.. my son you gotta love him..
Me on the other hand, has had alot of stress going on so, not eating alot, but not eating much at all.Need to work on being more consistent today.
Drinking my water all day i guess thats a good thing.Not giving up, it's a new day.
My morning yesterday started off good, but then I had to deal with my gdaughters mom. (I have custody of Ava my gdaughter.) it was not good at all and I didn't end up eating all day,until 11pm when i had a bowl of cheerios.
But, I was getting a headache and needed to have something. Started to grab a bowl of pears but cereal just sounded better. Bad choice, but it was just another day.
Today is a new day, and so far so good. I walked about an 1 1/2 today, so far. That was up at the mall, power walking. So, I plan on walking my treadmill today still.
The one thing i am sticking to is drinking my propel all day, and my walking. So, I am just gonna work on keeping my small meals, and eating less but more often, instead of not eating like yesterday and then having something late at night..

Well, I had a great evening, carnival,fireworks etc... afterwards we went to ah hate to admit it but, Burger King... I had a breaded chicken sandwhich, fries, and a chocolate shake!
Good thing I don't go out and do things late at night like that except for major holidays..
But today I began my 2 weeks of phentermine again.
Already today I only had oatmeal for breakfast,
3 glasses of water, ( I live on propel pkgs. that I add to my water),
and have walked for 30 minutes on the treadmill so far. I walk backwards a few minutes to use different muscles, do arm exercises while walking for 5 minutes, walk and bend knees for a 5 minutes, butt crunches for 5, and hold in my stomach for 10 seconds and let it out, repeat for 5 minutes, all while i am walking on the treadmill to get a good work out and to keep from getting bord.Which honestly I have a low attention span when it comes to exercising, so I need to keep busy..
Lord I hope I eventually quit sweating like a pig everytime I am on the treadmill though, it is disgusting....
so far the good thing to me about this blog, is making myself be honest. It really makes you think when you know you have to write down things and let perfect strangers read it...
I have so far lost 12 pounds, since my first day.. Phentermine is a wonderful thing so far... I do not feel jittery etc... no side effects at all. It does give me energy and I am not missing food at all, because I just don't feel hungry. I am of course eating during the day. But, I quit my Coca Cola addiction, eat one plate and it is a smaller size plate, I have a water bottle full of propel with me at all times, try not to eat after 6, unless it is fruit of veges, if need be.Also, try to do the treatmill an hour a day.
I am not perfect and I have had my bad days but that's it in a nutshell for my first month, since I am just starting this page today..
