Cheated a Bit..But Im Back Strong

i didnt loose any weight yesterday becuz towards the end of the day soda and chicken was braught home -_-...i kindly asked for it not to bring braught anymore, no more junk food!..im back on it strong tho..i feel a bit bloated..but thats cuz of the soda and junk...but im back strong...im ready to do this...no more evil food...lol...so right now im heading to get a haircut then im off to the grocery store to re stock up on my diet food...good luck this weekend guys and resist the temptation

today was a good day...my week usually consists of getting up at 7am-8am and drinking a 190 cal slimfast...ya im one of those calorie counting nerds well becuz that works with me so, then i get in the shower and light lift some weights, skretch , etc and i go to the gym and power walk for 30 mins  monday - saturday usually burning 266-300 cals, and my total daily caloric consumption is around 1300 cals a day...but anyways today i was doin real good , thinkin healthy and i found that i go check my weight on the scale alot and i think that was my downfall last time...so anxious to see fluxuation in weight i lost motivation im realizing...it takes time to lose weight. i cant be so impatient with the process...its a change in lifestyle ...really i dont care if this takes a year...2 ...5 yrs...i want my body at 17x lbs....i have to NOT CHEAT with my food...resisting those temptations of going out and eating with friends...i have to have strong will power to overcome this...another thing that probably lead to my downfall last time was not enough food intake...sure i lost weight fast from 260 -220 in 2 months...but i was eating about 800 cals a day...and burning off  800-1,000 a day....my body got sick and i overworked it...that is why im power walking instead in the morning...300 cals is about perfect for a 1300 cal a day diet i think...time will show...but for all those out there fighting that temptation of food...resist ! its worth it in the end....ill have a weight update in the morning...goodnight

Im On A Dam Mission to loose stupid fat ass lard on my body , i always was skinny as a kid but not when i hit high school, time to get in shape , ill update every friday late
