Oh its long time that i hadnt written here, today i told to myself, i should come and write sth. here.
I could lost weight but not easily.
i stuck to my diet and exercise and i hope to reach my goal soon.

77.900 I should go further..
After so many days by jo jo effect
I am 77.900 now.
I want to thank my best pals " paris" and " Brian" who
always encourage me to go on my diet and exercise.
Hope to come back soon and give you best news about lose
weight again.
At last, the magic happened and I lost 500 grams. I am very happy and satisfied with myself. I hadnt heard about Dieting Plateau and one of my American pals explained it to me and I noticed that I should eat 6 small portions of protein everyday. I had done it plus exercising and my diet and it worked.
I hope to reach my goal soon.


So, I don't want to give up....
