Slowly
I am slowly getting back on track here. It is TOM which kind of threw me off. I used some flexies, so for the rest of the week I plan to stay on target. Today this will be my menu:
b: 1 breakfast bar (2)
1/2 cup ff milk (1)
1/2 cup raising bran (1)
s: baby carrots(0)
2 bottles of water
l: pork chop (4)
veggies
ww slc bread x2 (2)
s: coffee OR tea/ water
apple (2)
d: 8 pts :) tbd
I hope it works out like this for the day:)
