Procrastination

So since I've been on Core I am doing well in the food department and I did my yoga...BUT I can't study for my test tomorrow.. I keep thinking about bf being far away from me and not having a phone to reach me since he doesn't get reception there:( I almost feel like exercising again?!?!? What is going on here? Is this an episode of the twilight zone? I know I am going to leave my studies to the point where I will be soo mad at myself for not getting more study time in...maybe if I go for a jogg... OK I am going for a jog!!! ciao

CORE!

Hey hon,

I took your suggestion and started doing Core.  I am not convinced that it actually works yet (only on day 2), but I needed to shake up my routine.  Thanks for the idea!  Hope you had a good Mem Day weekend!
