I will have to stay more accountable...from now on I will list what I eat everyday so that I can pick out where I am going wrong.

Slowly

I am slowly getting back on track here. It is TOM which kind of threw me off. I used some flexies, so for the rest of the week I plan to stay on target. Today this will be my menu:

b: 1 breakfast bar (2)  
     1/2 cup ff milk (1)
     1/2 cup raising bran (1)

s: baby carrots(0)
    2 bottles of water

l: pork chop (4)
   veggies
   ww slc bread x2 (2)

I'm still here

Well it has been quite a while, but I am still here. I have had to recommit, but I think I am going to stick to one day at a time...It is so much more difficult to stay OP now...I will have to reassess why I am doing this in the first place.

Monday

Well today is Monday and it is a civic holiday. I think Starbucks is open so I may head there and study in a different environment because I can't seem to start at home. I went out pretty late last night and that caused me great fatigue today. I am trying to ween myself off of coffee and when I do have it I don't put any sugar and make sure it is a ff latte with a calcium benefit, at least. So because I may go to Starbucks I had a green tea w/out sugar. It was actually very satisfying and I always regret after the fact that I don't drink it more often. I have barely been out in the sun this summer which is good because I am trying to protect my skin, so I am going to apply self tanner for a FAUX tan because I am really white.... Otherwise I am OP and i have 8 points for the rest of the day and 24.5 flexies in I want to indulge thoughout the week :)

OK I'M BACCCK

For real this time...I have had alot of work at school so  I have been very busy...I am still OP (thank god!)...The end of the summer is coming upon us and I want to be at goal by at least the end of September...or for my bday:) I am back on the Flex plan because with Core I just maintained...as you can tell my weight remains the same. With Flex I think I can get out of my plateau. Tonight my friend is having her bday at a club so I have to save points for Alcohol...(it's gonna be hard) ...During the day I will be studying!!!! Woohoo fun fun fun

Accountable

Today I will begin by posting my daily menu in order to stay accountable from now on. (2 bottles of water)

Breakfast: 1 bowl of oatmeal w/ ff milk
                   1 nectarine

snack: 1 small baked potato w/ ff cheese

lunch: bean salad w/ kidney beans/onions/lettuce etc

snack: coffee

dinner: fruit and yogurt

Exercise: I wont have time to go to the gym today. but I will walk to the station!

RENEW

I changed my background as a symbol of renewal. My actual weightloss plan is going to become even more strict at this point. I am proud of how far I have come. I have changed my goal date and I plan to meet goal  in the amount of allocated time I have allowed myself. More exercise, healthier food choices and a recommitment to my initial mission. I will post often and hold myself accountable! I am still on Core and going steady. I have to eat more veggies and take my lunch to work, since I stopped that for the past two weeks. On days off curves I will do cardio DVDs and a few sessions on the treadmill!!! I am going to do a fat burning 30 min DVD...right now!!

Missing In Action

Hi everyone...I would like to say sorry for taking so long to post!!! I have had assignment after assignment due at school. I haven't fallen off the wagon or anything but I have maintained my weight. A lot of things are going on with school and work and it has just kept me busy. I am cranking up the gym routine and next week I am going camping with the girls so I will get some swimming in! I hope everyone is going strong and now I promise I will post often once again!!!!!

Bikini Challenge

So I will be joining Serena's bikini challenge!!! I am so excited bc it will push even harder toward my goal...core is really good so far... I barely feel hungry... I need to buy more veggies because I keep running out:( So I will post my bikini pic once it dries because I washed my bikini for the summer season...

Procrastination

So since I've been on Core I am doing well in the food department and I did my yoga...BUT I can't study for my test tomorrow.. I keep thinking about bf being far away from me and not having a phone to reach me since he doesn't get reception there:( I almost feel like exercising again?!?!? What is going on here? Is this an episode of the twilight zone? I know I am going to leave my studies to the point where I will be soo mad at myself for not getting more study time in...maybe if I go for a jogg... OK I am going for a jog!!! ciao
