OMG!!!
Can you freaking believe it at this rate I will be in the double digits next week.
How about I went out to dinner with my family and a friend lastnight for the first
time on this diet and the first thing I saw when I walked on the door was a HUGE
sign saying " Home of the 5$ coctail" I wanted to cry:( Crazy as it sounds those
coctails were calling my name the whole time I stood there. So I had to resort to
the little blue pill in my purse to take my eyes of the frosty glass depicting
a hawaiian, pineapple garnished beverage that I knew tasted oh sooo good
but that was off limits. needless to say I made it thru dinner and I am proud to
say I feel like I could do it again! My dinner was great and was well within my
allowed items! Go me 9 lbs down!!!

Whoo Whoo 7.8 lbs
Ok so I am on day four of this HCG diet and I cant believe it I am 7.8 olb down
and counting. I am sooo glad to know that the two days of loading didnt hinder
me like I thought it was going to! I am so proud of my weightloss buddy Lindsay
she is also down 7.6 lbs. My hope is that we continue to loose and that by doing
so we will realize that an addiction to food is not what we want. We need a
lifestyle change and that is what we are creating now. I keep telling myself
" Nothing Taste as good as Skinny feels!!!" So true!!!

Loading Day 2
Well today I officially was fully loaded and thinking " What the hell is the purpose
of this?" I almost lost my cookies at the resturant and had to take a break:( But
on a possitive note I have cooked and packaged my lunch for the whole week
and looking forward to eating the right things.
I bet the reason for the loading is to totally stuff yourself till you are sick to remind
yourself how miserable you feel when you are FAT! If that is the case IT WORKED!
I am looking forward to eating 550 Cals a day now that Im as fat as a house:)

Loading Day 1
Ok so today is loading day and let me tell you, after reading the manuscript
the loading phase is very important so I have done my best and frankly it is
kinda hard cause I feel quite stuffed and uncomfortable. I know you are intrested
in what all I have eaten well are you ready for this:
Breakfast: Dunkin sticks, 3chocolate chip pancakes, mini choc. chop cookies
Snack: Two turkey n cheese sandwiches
Lunch: 10 Boneless wings, queso poppers, celery n blue cheese, lg rootbeer float
Snack: Pretzels and french onion dip ( alot of em')
Dinner: Baked Potato Soup, Lots of crackers, turkey n cheese melt, cheese cake
with caramel toppinhg.
Late night snack: Ice Cream with chocolate chips, lg glass of milk
Talk about stuffed I am fully loaded and I look like I am 6 mo pregnant, I truely
question why this phase is sooo important cause to me it feels like I am defeating
the purpose of "being on a diet" Crazy right....
