Almost!!!!

Well, after a long day at the zoo with middle schoolers, I went to weigh in tonight and the scale said....200.4  # !!!!  The receptionist told me how great I was doing and commented that I was so close.  "yeah, I know" was my reply! 

I was 198.0 on my scale this morning first thing!!  Next week it will be official.  I'm still thrilled with 2.4# weight loss this week!  The daily walks are really paying off! 

ONEderland!!!

Ok, so it's not "official" yet, but when I weighed myself the last 2 days...my weight has started with a ONE!  It's been over 12 years since I was below 200 and I am more than psyched!   This was my original goal for the end of August! So I am so geeked to be there already! 

I've been taking daily morning walks with my 1 1/2 year old to get 2 miles or so in every morning...obviously it's working! 

My new goal...177 by Sept. 30th!! Pregnant the 2nd time 50 pounds lighter than last time!

16 weeks! 33.2 pounds!

Ok, so tonight we got to celebrate our 16 week milestone, meaning we've been committed to WW for 16 weeks now.  Hard to believe it's already been 4 months!  33.2 pounds gone...my 1.5 year old weighs 27 pounds...so lately I've been saying I've lost an entire toddler! 

Well, lots of obstacles this week, but over all I think I balanced food and activity pretty well.  Hard to believe I'm only 2.8 pounds from the goal that I wanted to hit by Sept. 1st.  I guess I need to set my goals higher! 

HUGE NSV!

So I headed to the mall today, because I've
lost 33 pounds and I've realized that I look so much better (and feel better) when my clothes actually fit!  I had a few coupons for $10 off at stores like JCPenney and CJBanks.  I went to CJ banks first, I tried on their smallest sizes..X for shirts and 14 for pants...given that I still want to lose 20 more pounds this summer...they were all TOO BIG!!!!  I walked out of CJ Banks buying nothing because nothing fit me!  I've been shopping there for years and haven't been this size in 10 years! 

Then, I went to Penneys...I know they are probably more like a 14...but I bought a size 10 stretch and a size 12 stretch pair of capris and lots of tank tops and shirts in size Large! 

I also cleaned out my closet tonight and got rid of 3 huge bags of clothes that no longer look good on me because they are too big!  So now when I go to my closet...everything fits and makes me look and feel fabulous! 

1# loss this week

Well, only a 1# loss this week, but it was a terrible week for snacking on junk again, so I guess 1# is miraculous in a way! 

Lots of decisions to make at work, so I'm going to try to keep myself from stress eating to cope with the stress. 

Only 5.2# stands between me and onederland! 

Only 13.2# to my next 10%...hopefully a more focused week next week!

Luncheon at work Thursday and weigh in Thursday night!  Eeek! 

Great things about this week...

Lotsa walking at Cedar Point! 

1 more week and school is out for summer = more time to workout!!

Best/Worst of this week...

So this week...

Good...worked out most days for 30-45 minutes.  I really got back into the walking thing despite my hip popping for unknown reasons. 

Good...Despite the rough snack week...I still lost 1.4#!  

The Bad...I was such a bad snacker this week...I just wanted to eat to eat...the long 3 day weekend didn't help...just lots of time at home with lots of food around.  It makes me fearful of how I'll behave this summer when I'm home for days at a time all day...feeling bored!  I did pull myself out of the snacking slump towards the end of the week. 

Looking ahead to next week...

buy lots of healthy snacks

buy no unhealthy snacks...they are just temptation! 

New Short term goal...down to 200# by end of June.

Long term goal...down to 185# by September 30th...that's 21 pounds 4 months...so 5# or so a month...very doable if I stay on track...

And....hopefully by the end of September...the start of my 2nd pregnancy...45 pounds lighter than the start of the last one...and hopefully a much healthier pregnancy! 

Busy day, another big loss

Well, today was the big BBQ at school so I was runninng from 7 this morning until 8:30 tonight. 

Another 2.2# loss this week, just affirms for me that my body was ready to let go of the extra weight.

My WW partner made her 10% tonight, so lots of celebrating this week. 

Another friend at work just joined WW online again (she says inspired by how well I've been doing).

It's totally all worth it!

I finally made it!  And blew it out of the water!  3.4# this week.  Don't ask me how I did it, but I am thrilled!  only 9.8 more pounds to go to onederland!  I think I'll be there way before I thought I would!   I love it ! 

So close....

Well, I needed to lose 2.6# this week to make 10% and I lost 2.4#!!! 

Oh well, now I know I'll make it for sure next week. I guess in my mind I'm already there since I've lost 25.8 altogether! 

Pressing on...

I think my main form of exercise will be gardening for this week...I spent a ton of time Friday night and today!
