A Small gain...
So, I gained 1/2 pound this week, but I knew it did. Broccoli cheese soup, chicken enchiladas, dessert night with friends and not working out much this week....all causes and I knew it!
What has it given me? A renewed interest in exercise.
Wed I walked 2 miles on the treadmill
Thursday Walked 45 minutes with a friend
Friday Walked 2 miles with stroller
Saturday - did 50 minutes on the Wii of yoga, balance, and strength training...feeling it in my back today, but know it was good for me!
Plan for rest of week:
Sunday - walk on treadmill or with stroller
Monday - Yoga/Strength training on Wii
Tuesday - Walk on treadmill or with stroller
Wednesday - Yoga/Strength training on Wii
Thursday - walk in town with friends 3-4 miles.
I may gain next week, since I'm building muscle, but I'm okay with that!
Also...doctor told me this week to eat at least 1500 calories a day (I had been on approximately 1300 a day) to make the fertility meds more effective. So I'm on a maintenance schedule for now.
If we get pregnant this month we'll be due July 10th, 2009!!
My brother's wedding is August 15th next year.
