A week of not working out
So, last Wednesday, I hurt my toe and haven't been able to wear my tennis shoes to walk all week. I did lost 2.6# this week, but it leaves me wondering if part of that loss is just muscle loss....oh well!
School starts next week (we had teacher days this week). I had forgotten how busy I am during the school year. So, I'm not going to kill myself trying to get a major workout in every day!
My workout goals for this week:
- 3 days of some serious 45 min or more cardio
- Try to do Wii Fit most other days for 1/2 hour and get some yoga and strength stuff in.
Total lost so far...51.8#
It was a great motivator this week to have so many people comment on how thin I am getting (many hadn't seen me in 2 or 3 months).
Well, off to go grocery shopping and stock up on healthy stuff since today is payday!
