Small loss...
Well, a small loss (we weighed in at lunch time). 0.2 pounds, but I'll take it! I know I did a much better job of exercising this week (I can feel it in my thighs).
I did the Wii fit tonight for over a half hour and I could definately feel it. I did a mixture of yoga, strength, balance, and aerobic stuff, and my heart rate was up several times. I think I'll really enjoy using it!
This week's goals:
- Watch the days I over ate last time...plan ahead better, and If I don't have the points left...eat some tomatoes or other zero pt veggies.
- Workout most days with a mixture of walking. jogging and wii stuff.
- Watch my eating at a family get together on Saturday and don't go overboard!
