Exercising the week away!
Well, I said I wanted to get back on the exercise this week...who knew I'd be so sore after taking just a week off!
Good news, I did finally get a wii and wii fit yesterday, so I have some other activities besides walking to mix it up with.
So far this week I've....
walked 2 miles on Friday
walked 3.1 miles on Sunday
walked 2 miles on Monday (stroller)
walked 4 .2 miles Tuesday night
So, it's been a good workout week, I know I'll be bummed if I have a gain this week (from building up muscle). But I can definitely feel it in my legs, so I know it's all for good!
