Why can't I eat like this everyday?
Here's what I've eaten so far today, btw, I'm hungry-on-a-rampage, does that have something to do with my starting up running again? (she shrugs...but tomorrow is weigh-in day.
)
Breakfast: yogurt, 1 c. strawberries, 1/2 cup fiber one cereal, all mixed together
Lunch: grilled portabello mushroom and sliced onions (leftovers) with a slice of cheese on a hi-fiber bun; pear
Snack: fiber one Oats-n-Chocolate bar

Well, all that running
...will do that to you!!! I'm always starving about 30 minutes after running. And I can't run on an empty stomach...preferably I will have eaten at least 2 hours prior. Good eating, girl!
How was your 5K?! I kind of missed that post if there was one. I'll go check. I'm sure you did great and I hope your knees held up! Just keep on stretching, strengthening, & icing. Thats what I do, and I seem to be managing the pain pretty well. Some days are worse than others.

That is a great job on the food today. You put in a lot of fiber today. 
I know you will rock at the weigh-in. Mine was today.

yeah..maybe TOO MUCH fiber.
