Two weeks down
Ahh, the benefits of breastfeeding...makes it a little easier to lose some extra pounds without working out! LOL I lost another 2 pounds last week so yay for me!
One more week at home on maternity leave and then back to work. I hope that at least my fat clothes will fit. I still need to try them on.

Week One
Ok, 2.8 pounds, not too shabby! And once that giant bag of M&Ms is gone that we bought before I started WW, it will be even better! I still suck at eating my fruits and veggies. Need to work on that one.

Hi there, Extra Pounds, long time, no see!
Ok, so I am a huge slacker. I haven't been here since my son was like 10 months old and he is 2 and a half now. Whoops! But I've had another baby since then so that is my excuse
.
Sooooo, my new baby girl is almost 2 months old now and the scale has not budged for like 5 weeks. I am breastfeeding 100% but I am eating like it's going out of style. Seriously, it is out of control and totally negating the benefits of BF. I ended the pregnancy around 205 and started around 163. I am 182 now. Yikes. I have to go back to work in 3 weeks and none of my fat work clothes will even fit. I am still wearing maternity shorts. 
So I am doing WW on my own, with the extra 10 points a day. I already feel hungry but that is just my body getting used to cutting my calories back to normal range LOL. I would love to knock off 30 pounds once and for all and be that size 8 that has eluded me since the Bush administration (the first one...).
So here we go AGAIN!!

10 pounds gone!!
Yeah!! Even with 2 weeks without counting points, I still managed to lose. It must be magic LOL I need to tighten up the ship though and be more diligent. I have another 7 to go. My first goal was Labor Day to meet my 10% so we'll see if I can get there.
My clothes are getting looser now and I love that feeling. I don't look thinner to myself but I have several people at work asking me if I've lost weight and that feels good. It's a motivator too.

Bound to happen
Well, I didn't lose any this week. Not surprising since I didn't make the best choices and didn't write everything down. Somehow I thought I would remember NOT! Oh well, at least it wasn't a gain!

Holy crap!
How did I do that? I lost 1.8 this week and I didn't write down all my points! I even bought a great pie (with only 3 pts a slice) this week. But I've only had one slice a day. I was totally expecting to be the same or gain. YAY!!!

Back on track
Ugh - gotta get back on track! I've been doing WW for a month now. I lost 1.4 last week for a total of 5.6. But this last 3 days I have fallen into that trap of not writing down points and thinking I will remember what I ate. WRONG! I didn't go overboard but I probably used up my 35 flex for the week already - whoopsie! LOL So I need to be more diligent this week.
I made my goal of eating a salad every day last week. I should probably keep doing that. It seemed to help.
I measured myself this morning and I lost 2 inches off my hips, 1.5 off my waist and .5 from my thighs!! YAY! I noticed my clothes fitting better. But I am still flabby in places I didn't used to be since having DS. #*^#*&#^*

Disappointed
I only lost .4 last week!! I am still baffled at how my home scale shows I've lost 7 pounds instead of the 4.2 at WW......
I stayed within points but I think I need more veggies. It is so hard though with the baby and working FT. Although who am I kidding, I didn't eat enough veggies before the baby either.
My goal this week is to eat one salad a day.

Damn you 100 cal packs
These things are evil. You know those little 100 calories packs of snacks that come individually wrapped at a higher price?? Have you ever been able to eat just one? I didn't think so!! Me either LOL I am still within points but ok, it's time to put them down.
We are going to Applebee's for lunch today at work. I love that they have WW meals there. So much easier than guessing!

WW week 3
I weighed in at home at 163 - at WW it was 167. So total loss there is 3.8 pounds. I weighed my clothes this morning too. They weigh 1.5 pounds LOL I have a mail scale at home so I can do anal things like that!
My boob probably was at least a pound since I only nursed one side before I left LOL!!!
I was really worried I didn't lose anything this week since I had to eat lunch out 3 times at work. Yeah me!
