Can't Log in :(

I'm not sure if anyone else is having this problem, but whenever I try to log in. It says that its wrong and I have to reset my password ALL the time. If anyone is having this problem, pls let me know what to do. I've contacted Extrapounds adm. people but haven't heard from them. I"m really disappointed that this happened when I just started....

I don't have to log in often, because I chose the option to remember me. It only bumps me out and requires a login about twice a month, since I did that. Just check the box the next time you have to log in.
