Day #4- WW weight in
Hi Everyone
so today was week #2 ( i don't count the day I started) and I'm down 2.4lbs. Woohoo! So I'm down to 200.2 ( which my leader said that I can go pee it out before I weigh in, but I declined the offer. lol! )
Anyways, without clothes I'm at 198.5lbs. However I'm going to go by what WW weigh in to keep it consistent thru out my weight loss journey.
I was very happy with how this week turned out. I went and did everything by the book and had my extra points day....and still managed to lose: D
I found that walking early in the morning helped me quite a bit. I woke up at 5:30am and would walk 30mints around our block. I did that 5x this week. Oh! and water intake was at 2L or more. I found that the weather being hot really makes you drink your water: D
Well see you all tomorrow. I'm going the farmers market in our area so will get a good walking session there.
I'm going to go thru some of the others blog and see how you all are doing: D
