woohoo! Day #2
Hi everyone
just checked my weight and I'm under the 200lb mark. wooohooo! how cool is that! My weight in is on Sat. Morning so I think I will just wait and see if anything else happens. I was really good this week. I've been getting in my exercise and keeping within my ww points. Its getting much easier as each day passes. I'm feeling much better than I was about 3weeks ago.
For now, my exercise consists of walking in the morning for 30mints and then in the evening I will do 35mints of biking and I do interval training on the bike. It is soooo good that after that workout I feel very good! I'm practically sweating buckets. I warm up for 5mints and then keep my speed at 65% and then for 1m I will bring the speed up to 75-80% and this I will repeat until my 35mints are up. I learned this trick from my trainer and it seems to be helping me out quite a bit.
Anyways, I've got to go and do todays workout but I will be by to see how everyone else is doing: D
