Weekly Weigh In
I'm down from 242.2 last week to 237.6 this week. OMFG.
That's insane. I honestly thought I might not have done as well this week because I didn't get ALL my food in on Tuesday, and usually that jacks me up-I gotta eat to lose, but we came home from Boston, i was tired, didn't grocery shop and missed out on like...a milk serving and a fruit and veggie serving I think.
But honestly, I've been taking it up a notch at the gym, doing 50-60m of cardio, and I think that's making an incredible difference.
I have 3 mini goals I"m working towards, the first is a Biggest Loser challenge on my JC board. I have to lose 7.8 more pounds by the finale in December to hit my goal of 30lbs lost during the show. And then my 2nd mini goal is to be 225 by Christmas. And my 3rd is to be under 200lbs by April 17th, my 30th birthday. At this rate, that should not be a problem at ALL.
My bodybugg was supposed to be delivered today but i missed ups by like 10 minutes. Ugh. Soooo disappointed. But I can pick it up tomorrow after 3, so that's good.
Off to take a quick nap before the gym.
