Surprising Week...

Well this week wasn't too bad. My boyfriend and I decided to go out to a restaurant and I saw all that yummy food on the menu I just couldn't resist. I did get in a lot of activity points though. Yesterday my mother decided she would make lean beef home-made burgers. I was excited about eating a yummy burger. My brother decides he wants to order an x-large pizza with bacon, mushrooms and pepporonni on it (my favourite toppings)! I was going to kill him. Than my mother decides she would save the burgers for the next day. I know I shouldn't have, but I ate 2 slices of pizza. I felt horrible after I finished eating and I know that the 2 slices weren't worth the amount of points they were. I got on the scale and still managed to lose 1.2 lbs this week but I know I could have done better. On a good note I've reached my 30 pound mark and received another 10 pound ribbon! Yay for me! Hoping everyone has a great on plan week.

Yay!

I had a wonderful on plan week with a loss of 1.4 lbs. By the way I forgot to mention last week that I made my labour day challenge goal and lost 15 pounds! I have made myself another mini birthday challenge to lose 10 pounds. My Birthday is on October 20th so that gives me 7 weeks to loose another 8.6 pounds. Yay! Hoping everyone has a wonderful week!

Happy Again...

This week I made sure to be on plan. I didn't intend to use my 35 weekly points but I had to for a birthday party. I believe I used all of them plus a little more. I made sure to exercise a lot and the weight fell off. I lost 3 pounds this week!! I also want to congratulate my boyfriend on loosing 13.2 pounds on his first 3 weeks! He got his 10 pound ribbon yesterday!!  Here's to another great op week!

I thought I had a good week...

So I thought I didn't do too bad this week. I had a picnic on Sunday so I used my daily 24 points and my 35 weekly just in case. I tracked and I watched what I ate (except for those oatmeal cookies...) but I didn't have many. So I confidentaly step on to the scale and it says I gained .6 of a pound. I know it's not a whole pound but I'm feeling horrible. In my whole 17 weeks at weight watchers I always lost weight...even if it were a .2 pound loss. Lemme tell ya' , it really sucks to see the line on my graph go slightly higher this week, but I'll have to deal with it. Hoping everyone else has had a good week.

Good Week...

My scale at home didn't move this week so I put on my thinnest pair of pants I own for my weigh in. Turns out I lost 1.2 lbs baby! So I'm particularly happy about that. I have .4 lbs to go until I reach my labour day goal which I'm very proud about. I have also added recent pictures of me with a 25 lb weight loss. Hope every one has a good week!

Good Week!

Even though I was tempted by the mass amounts of food I still managed to loose 1.8 this week :) Let me just tell you I had no more room to track activity points for this week. I am very proud of myself. I also want to congratulate my boyfriend on joining the program yesterday. (Baby I know you can do it!) His joining helps me a lot as well because now I don't have to count points alone...and now I have someone to watch me on my mistakes. So it was a good week overall. Thanks Zany for your comment on last week's blog, I was always repeating, "You don't have to eat that all," in my mind.

Rough Week

Well this past week was rough. I had food poisoning and I coudn't keep any food in my tummy. On Saturday the doctor had asked me to not eat anything but rice cakes for 24 hours. That was horrible considering the fact that I'm always thinking about food. So now its Friday and I'm still feeling the impact of the food poisoning. It was my boyfriends birthday yeserday (Happy Birthday Baby!) and tomorrow it's his birthday party (lots of food). On Monday I'm taking him to a restaurant (even more food). So if you see where I'm going with this it means that I will be eating a lot so I hope the weight doesn't go up too high on that scale.

Almost at 10 percent!!!

My scale at home has been telling me I have reached 10 percent for about three weeks now. I just need that weight watchers scale to say the same thing! I was hoping it would be this week but again I was dissapointed. Well not that badly dissapointed...I lost 1.8 lbs. I have 0.6 lbs to loose until my 10 percent! Look back next week because I know I will make it!

Crazy Week!

Last Saturday the 15th I had a wedding to go to. It was an Italian wedding and if anyone has been to those you know it will be A LOT of food. I believe it was a 5 course meal plus 2 desserts. I managed to put on 1.5 lbs. Than I was invited to a barbecue the very next day. Obviously my week didn't go as well as planned. I did not stay on plan and it's really upset me. I still managed to loose .6 lbs at my weigh in on wednesday after intense workouts. So this puts me at 8 lbs left until my labour day goal.
