http://www.extrapounds.com/blog/mamanae Taking it one day at a time. en All rights reserved Weight loss extrapounds v2 http://blogs.law.harvard.edu/tech/rss 1440 http://www.extrapounds.com/images/avatars/users/mamanae.gif http://www.extrapounds.com/ 100 100 Taking it one day at a time. http://www.extrapounds.com/blog/mamanae/comments/341596/here-i-go-first-time-post <p>This is my very First blog ever!&nbsp; I will be starting a weight loss program first thing tomorrow morning.&nbsp; One of many many diets I have attempted over the years.&nbsp; I was never overweight when I was younger.&nbsp; After I had my first child is when I started retaining weight.&nbsp; I have three children and it seems after each child I would&nbsp;gain more weight and then never take it off completley.&nbsp;Of course I have done the yo-yo diet thing ever since.&nbsp; I just never have the motivation and will-power, and will do well dieting and excerscising for about 1-2 months and then fall of the wagon.&nbsp; As I get older I realize that this has to be a lifestyle change to benefit my health and well being for the rest of my life.&nbsp; I have to remind myself that no one can do this for me and I have to do this first and foremost for me! Easier said then done! I know!
