1 Sick Day and 2 Very Busy Days

I'm sorry I haven't been on here in three days, but I was sick Wednesday and very busy Thursday and Friday. I didn't get a workout in either of those days. But, I didn't have much time to sit down Thursday or Friday, so, at least I wasn't sittin' on my bum. I weighed in Thursday and I lost 1 more lb. It's not as much as I wanted, but it's better than gain or no loss at all. Good Luck and God Bless!

Boy, Did I Workout Today!

I walked a total of 10 miles worth on the Wii Fit Plus today! I can't believe I made it that far! I also did my Routine Workout and others. Now, the bulging disc and my dislocated tailbone in my back are killing me though, I think I'm gonna have to slow down, just a little.

Another change I'm gonna have to make is, I've got to get off the Slim Fast diet. I now remember why I couldn't stay on it. It messes with my hypoglycemia....I keep getting dizzy and having horrible headaches and my sugar was low. So, I'm going to eat healthy and just the serving size and continue to work out. That is still alot more than what I was doing.

Passed the Goal

Got up this morning, read Bible to the kids, put a load of laundry in the washer, chugged down my Slim Fast shake, then started my Wii Fit Plus workout. First, I did my daily routine, that I set up for myself, which consists of yoga and strength exercises. Then, I decided to try the free step workout. In that exercise, you have to try and do 800 steps in 10 minutes. I so passed that goal and passed the goal of 1000, that I set for myself....woot, woot. I did 1052 steps, so proud of myself, for going beyond the set goal. If I can do that, I know I can do more each week, as I get used to exercising again :) Good Luck and God Bless!

Another Great Day!

I got up this morning, read my Bible to our children, fed them breakfast, downed a Slim Fast shake, started a load of laundry, then worked out on the Wii Fit Plus, for 52 minutes, burning 230 calories. For snack I had a Slim Fast snack bar, for lunch, I had a healthy turkey sub on wheat bread, and then for snack, I had another Slim Fast snack bar. Supper will be lean pork steaks, mac-n-cheese, without the butter and with 2% milk, and greens. I also did about 30 minutes of games on the Wii Sports Resort. I chose the games that got my heart rate up, such as, the sword game on there...it was such fun! Good luck and God Bless!

1 Week Down

I have 1 week down and many more to go! I am loving life and loving exercising with the Wii Fit Plus. I worked out a total of 57 minutes today...I'm sore, but feel great! I can't wait to work out tomorrow! Good night and God Bless!

Wii Fit Plus!

OMGosh! I love the Wii Fit Plus! Hubby and I worked out on that thing forever last night. I'm actually stoked about exercise! Got up this morning and did a workout, and plan to do another or maybe two more, before the day's over :)

Breakfast: Vanilla Slim Fast shake
Snack: Will be a Slim Fast snack bar
Lunch: Will be a Vanilla Slim Fast shake
Snack: Will be a Slim Fast snack bar
Supper: Not sure yet :)


So, I bought a digital scale today, cuz mine was messed up. I got home, weighed in, and realized I had not gained 10 pounds, after all...I WAS ESTATIC! I also lost 3 pounds this past week and have not done any exercise, just cuz I had no way too. I was just doing the Slim Fast diet. As of tonight, we own the Wii Fit Plus and I have already started sweating. With the diet and the Wii Fit Plus, I know I can achieve my goals :) Thank you all for your support!

Can't Believe It

I can't believe it's been almost a week already, since I started myself on the Slim Fast diet. I'm still doing good, no mess ups, so far. This morning I woke up with a migraine, from lack of sleep and a bad back, but I still plan to keep going . My son reminded me this morning that I forgot our allergy shots last night, so I had to give them to both of us this morning.

Today's meals are the same as yesterday's ......Good Luck and God Bless!

4 Days Down

This is my fifth day on the Slim Fast diet and I can sware that it's already working.

Breakfast: Slim Fast shake
Snack: Special K snack bar
Lunch: Slim Fast shake
Snack: Special K snack bar
Supper: 1 portion of macaroni with ground chuck, corn, and greens

Closer To a Week

It's getting closer and closer to being a week since I started myself on the Slim Fast diet. This is my 4th day and so far, so good. I am determined to stick to this and not fall off the bandwagon again!!

Breakfast: Slim Fast shake
Snack: Special K snack bar and some tea (I'm all outta my SoBe Waters)
Lunch Slim Fast shake
Snack: Special K snack bar and some tea.
Supper: 1 portion of lean pork steak, blackeye peas and brown rice.
