My saturday
Thank you all for your comments and support. I really appreciate your support in my down times. I am feeling better now, talk to hubby and figure out some ways to cut some of my work at home .
today I did 6 miles running for first time :)(so happy ), after run I was looking at mirror I was scary pale, I drank power drink( drinks for intense exercise which compensate for mineral loss trough sweat , it has just 150cal for a big bottle.) then I realized I haven't eaten red meat for two weeks, I don't like red meat much and I just replace it with fish and turkey.Although I get my vitamin pill every day,it seems not enough for iron .
So tonight I am going to make stake for dinner .

I have to run a 6 miles for the first time tomorrow. I am excited about it. Any tips?:)

I am back from my run and so excited about the tip you gave me. I opened my hands several times while running and for the first time I finished cramp free! I aloways had shoulder cramps. Also, it literally opens your chest and really helps with breathing AND it is fun! It was windy and I started playing airplane while running. Thanx for the tip. If you thought of any other ones please drop a line.

I haven't run in YEARS and am going to start trying as I lose weight. I will remember that opening hands tip. Great job!
