How to diet and live my life!!

Ok, these days , or better to say these last couple months I just think about what to eat, how to burn fat , how to exercise. It is taking so much energy, I can not focus on my work , study or even have some fun. Weekends I should  shop for healthy food, and make some foods for week so I don't have to dine out and keep myself on program.I wanna read a book before sleep but I am so tired and sore because of day work out, so I just go to sleep early. How long I can live like this, how long I should put so much mental and physical energy on my work out, eating habits and all these stuff .

Happy Medium

You need to experiment with your exercising so you can find a happy medium.  You can't let the rest of your life be put on hold because of exercising.

Cooking over the weekends is an extremely good idea!

Totally agree. It is not easy. But  don't you agree that it is getting easier as you progress? I mean as this way of eating becomes a life style change you really don't want to eat out all the time and when you do you know what to eat.

But you have only limited energy to practice control everyday and since this takes so much of it other parts might suffer until you get the hang of it.

Life Changes

Try yoga, it will help you relax while you exercise. I would try doing it at least twice a week. It will help clear your head of all of the things you are thinking about. Also, if you are that exausted at the end of the day, you should probably lay off of exercising so intense and long. Take a day off inbetween to let your body rest. There is no way to tell you how long you are going to "worry" about these things, because it depends on you. Try no to make it your only priority in life, just make it part of your everyday routine.

Are You Ruling Your Diet !

Hey Mahi ,

                  I was just browsing & saw your blog ! Do you feel like it is not worth it anymore ? If you do you better back up & regroup take a time to relax & think am I ruling my diet or is my diet ruling me ! Best of luck ! Don't fatigue yourself by worrying that is very stressful & we all know what stress can do ! I am here if you need me ! You can do this
