خوب فصل موردعلاقه من رسیده ولی هنوز بوی پاییز نمیاد وچند روزیه که تابستون برگشته ولی از اون جایی که بنده متولد این فصل و ماه مهرم گفتم وبلاگم رنگ وبوی پاییزی بگیره

امروز رفتم جیم ودویدم دوباره ثابت شد نمیشه مفهومی نداره درسته, میشه گفت سخته ولی نمیشه ونمیتونم, بیمعناست این چند روز اخیر حتی به این فکر کردم که بیخیال روزه بشم چون خیلی حس بدی داشتم طبق معمول هرماه رمضون وزنم که اومده بالا ورزش هم که نمیکردم حسابی کلافم کرده بود ولی الان این دوروزی که میرم جیم حداقل کمتر از خودم بدم میاد وعذاب وجدانم برای بدخوریم کمتر میشه

btw,  Express has a good sale going on. you should check it out if you got a chance this weekend. Yesterday I got myself a very pretty pair of jeans for 29.99. And immediately (well asfter shortening it!) wore it to the concert here last night. And guess what....it is size ZERO, of my goodness:)

my mom has made us aash-e-jo which i took out to thaw, and also shaami-e-lappe which is thawing as well and i have to fry it... well that means oil, but i'll really craved that for eftari.

btw, what happened to that mice in your kitchen? is there the danger zone still?!!! :)))
