Almost gave into temptation

Today was a day of testing willpower. At about noon today, I had an extreme urge to binge. Thoughts of pizza, fast food, pasta and chocolate werer filling my head. The temptation was getting the best of me as I headed towards our local fast food "strip." I was about to give in to the hunger,when at the last possible second, I realized what I was doing. And instead, went to a pita place, and bought a low fat chicken breast pita wrap. Which was only 8 points according to weight watchers. I feel pretty good about myself for this, I am expecting TOM tomorrow so that may be partly to blame for my urge, who knows. Anyway, I am still looking forward to my Weigh In on Monday. Cheers friends!

Way 2 GO!!

First of all... CONGRATULATIONS on the big weight loss in 1 week.  I wish I could lose like that (I am a WW to).  I also want to congratulate you on not giving in to the urges.  an 8 pt pita is great.   I think I would have went for the 20 pt fast food meal right now. LOL! (TOM is here for me fo rthe first time in nearly 11 months.  I am a nursing mother but weaning my neal 1 month old on to milk now. There go those extra 10 pts. LOL!!)  Keep up the wonderful work.

WOW good job, seriously!  A week before TOM I go crazy with cravings.  Ah yes, that will be me next week.  It's so hard to resist when it's in your head and nagging at you to eat all the yummy foods!  Great job with the wrap you bought instead.
