Weekends are tough

I have come to realize that is is much harder to do "this", during the weekends.  Why is it that almost all social activities seem to either centre on food, or end with food?  I managed to resist most temptation this weekend.  The only thing I can say I probably should not have eaten was lasagna last night for dinner, as it was full of cheese,and very salty.  Otherwise I have done very well. 

I also went to the gym both days this weekend, Sat and Sun.  Today I did my usual 40 mins of cardio.........for 450 cals burned.  So I am feeling pretty good about everything.  I really want to make my 3 pound loss by Friday's weigh in.

How are ya doin?

I check up on your blog almost daily--is everything going OK? Keep up the great work. Life can make it hard to make the right choices sometimes....choosing to eat well...choosing to go to the gym, again...choosing to do it all just one more day. I hope you are just vacationing somewhere tropical.
