Weigh in # 2
Today was my second weigh in, and I am down 4.4 lbs! I am very excited about it, as I worked so hard all week, and lots of exercise too (5/7 days at the gym). I am motivated to keep it up, I went to get through the '80s' by the end of April!
Now I need to motivate myself to be "good" this weekend which is always challenging for me. But it's important to me, so I just have to keep that in mind when I am tempted.

I dont think ive ever visited your blog before, but its never too late.
Im Carolyne, and i just wanted to say CONGRATS on your weigh in. Thats fantastic. I applaud you for having the willpowere to make up your mind to lose weight for YOU and your family.

you are off to a fantastic start. Keep the motivation up. Give yourself little treats every time you're down 5lbs and you will have something to look forward to everytime. Keep up the exercising as well - that works wonders.
