Sunday's exercise

I've just done a 90 min session, including Leslie's 1&2 mile walks and Denise's Easy Walk, Fat Blasting Interval Walk and Power Walk & Tone. Feeling great.

I'm not looking forward to tomorrow's WI for the BLC though, coz i only exercised twice this week. My team partner Bethabella lost an amazing 5 pounds this week. Happy for her. GO TEAM BLUE!!!!!

I finally got some exercise done. 1&2 mile Leslie Sansone walk. Feeling good, now if i could just stay consistent.

 

What a week

Execise this week = ZERO

Really, if someone would comment "Do you REALLY want to lose weight?" i wouldn't even be pissed off, coz it's true. So much to my execise "goals"  for this week. I need to go back and read my last weeks posts to motivate myself again.....

Only positive thing is the steps, i'm still getting about 10000 steps daily....

Not a good start

I've not started well this week.  I wanted to do atleast 5 workouts....but so far, counting from Monday, i haven't done ANY....arggghhh. BUT i will force myself to do atleast ONE each day starting tomorrow, then that way, i can still get 4 in.

S-t-e-p-w-i-s-e i'm doing pretty good, with over 10000 steps daily......yay for that.

Water intake is also ok.

5 days until next WI for the challenge..... 5 days to work towards a good WI.........GO TEAM BLUE!!!!

 

First WI

Today's the first WI day of our BLC round 2 here on EP. I managed to lose only 1.1 lbs, but i'm taking it.....the last weeks have been so tough, that right now i'm even thrilled if it's 0.5 lb per week.. I currently have a little over 16 lbs left to go, so near goal, but yet it feels so far. I guess it has to do with those last pounds being the hardest to get rid of.

This week's goals:

  • Do atleast 5 workouts
  • Do 45 minutes toning exercises, divided into 3 sessions.
  • Aim for 10000 steps daily
  • Up my water intake

 

 

That's the spirit

Sunday morning 7:30 a.m. Pilates Fat Burning Workout followed by Austin's 15 mins Toning Workout. And guess what, yesterday evening i decided to do the WATP (walk away the pounds) with the kids, although i had already done the Tae-Bo......it was really fun.

So, week's exercise plan saved despite being lazy for 3 days.

Workouts this week: 5

Goal for next week: 5 or more.

 

 

Wohooo

I did the Tae-Bo flex dvd......man, was that tough!!! I can't imagine what the Boot Camp one's like.... Next time i do my WATP i'll probably feel like i'm on vacation..lol!

2 more days until WI for the challenge, so i have to be good this weekend coz i want to see a lose.

Tomorrow, i'll do the pilates and Denise Austin's toning.

Finally

I finally worked out...32 mins elliptical. I really need to get back to morning exercise, it works best for me, otherwise if i schedule it for later in the day, something else always comes up, the kids won't let me or i'll be too tired.

Today, i really had to force myself, good thing DH was there to take care of the kids.....but i'm happy i did it. It raised my steps to over 11,000 ....wohoooo!!!

Tomorrow, first thing in the morning, i do the Tae-bo dvd.....no excuses.

My BLC partner Bethabella has worked out 5 times this week, 2 more than planned. I read her email and she inspired me. I need to get back to it....thanks gal!!

BLC

I've relaxed again and haven't exercised in the last 2 days..... I have too fix one workout today.

The EP BLC, round 2 has officially started. I'm in team blue and my team partner is Bethabella. My goal for the 2 months is 12 pounds. I weigh in Mondays, so that's 4 more days until the first WI.

Off to work it, GO TEAM BLUE!!!!!

 

New stuff

Today i went to the U.S army base in Kaiserslautern, Germany to return the dvd player. I decided to get some new stuff for my fitness. I bought:

  • A Door Knob Exerciser for Streching and Toning
  • A pedometer ( a talking one ..tells you when exercise goals are reached)
  • A Billy Banks Tae Bo Flex dvd ( can't wait to try it out )

On the way home we passed by my friends place, she's really happy for me about my progress....

Foodwise i didn't do well, but i'm not beating myself up about it..........

Breakfast: Oatmeal in apple smoothie

Lunch: A cheeseburger from McD's 303 calories, 2-3 chicken nuggets 138 calories and a few fries.

Snack: Dr Pepper and a bite from DD's cereal bar

Dinner: a green salad and fruit.

Off to bed now!
