I was hoping to have reached my goal weight by now, but that didn't happen....<img src="http://www.extrapounds.com/fckeditor/editor/images/smiley/msn/cry_smile.gif" />&nbsp; But i'm still proud of what i've achieved so far. To date, i've lost 37 pounds. I had reached the 40 pound mark around Chrsitmas and then i lost my motivation. </p> <p>I'm starting a fresh, will reset my graph etc. Here's to fighting off the last&nbsp;15-20 pounds. But idid eat lots of legumes, seeds and nuts in order to have enough protein. </p> <p>Have to go, hubby just called and is picking us up to go shopping. Will blog again soon. I've just been eating raw foods....fruits,veggies,raw oats,seeds and drinking tea &amp; water.&nbsp;It's not as tough as last time and i feel pretty good. I really want to go atleast one week without dairy, meat, fish and eggs. As from tomorrow, i'll introduce cooked foods again. Very glad that the insurance paid 70%.</p> <p>The last few weeks haven't been so great.......little to no exercise and lots of bad eating...<img src="http://www.extrapounds.com/fckeditor/editor/images/smiley/msn/thumbs_down.gif" />. I paid for it by gaining a few pounds. I'm really dissappointed by myself for losing ALL the motivation i had before. I should have been at my goal weight by now if i had stayed serious......</p> <p>Anyway, i had better stop whining and get started again.
