Still at it
I'm still working on shedding the post holiday pounds, the eating part is ok, but i have to get back to exercising. I never seem to get time to do it during the day, as usual, so i have to start doing it first thing in the morning before the kids and DH are awake.
So, my plan for next week is to work out in a.m. and start using my pedometer again with a daily goal of 10,000 steps.
Good luck everyone else...we can do this.....

yes we can!
AND you can too! Just set your alarm a few minutes earlier and get that exercise going again. You know as well as I do, weight loss doesnt last without the exercise! Good Luck

we can do it!
I have lost those 5 holiday pounds. I just stayed the same this week once again. But heck, at least those 5 are gone! We can do this!

Now, I don't feel so bad...
I am glad to see that I am not the only one that has been on a blogging sabatical...heehee!!!Seems, most of the people on my friends list have been on one as well.
Okay, girl, I am back, over the post holiday hump and now its time to work hard towards getting a few pounds off...what'd ya say?
