Yeah
It's 23rd December and i made my mini-goal to hit the 40 pound loss mark, yes! I would have loved to finish the year at goal, but i think still i've done pretty good....40 pounds in 7 months....and i'm proud of myself.
I'm planning to take it a bit easy during the holidays, hopefully not so much damage will be done...
Anyways, i don't think there's much going on in here, but for those who read this post, i'm wishing you a very merry christmas, enjoy the time with your loved ones!

CONGRATS!
Great job finishing with 40 lbs! THAT is a major accomplishment in and of itself! Just think...only less than 10 to go! WOW! I have been working on it since Feb and have only lost 20!
