After detox weekend
Phew! I made it through the detox weekend. It went really well considering i hadn't planned in advance...meaning i didn't grocery shop especially for the detox, so i didn't have a big variety of raw foods.
After reading a bit about the benefits getting rid of toxins in the body, i think i'll be doing it regularly in the future.....
So, i managed to lose 3.31 pounds......i know i know, i will probably gain them back......BUT...
Yesterday, i ate very light foods, as recommended after a detox and also in order to avoid that.
Breakfast: Wholemeal oatmeal in protein, apple smoothie.
Snack: Apple
Lunch: Azuki Bean sauce with leeks.
Snack: Pineapple and protein drink.
Dinner: Green beans in tomato sauce.
This morning i had just gained 0.44 lbs, which is ok, considering i didn't exercise from Sunday.... will see how much it will be at the end of the week.
