Feeling lousy
today and i'm huuuuuungry......
. I'm missing cooked foods...it was hard to cook lunch for my family today....i still smell that Basmati rice.....yummmy....

Hi :) YOu're almost there!! Only 16.5 more pounds to go! It sounds like your detox might help, also maybe you could try doing a completely different form of exercise for a week or so.. i have heard that can work wonders. You are doing great! Keep it up and your plateau will be over in no time! This is the time that separates the losers from the re-gainers! And you are not a regainer :) I'm proud of you!
You can do it! Bethabella is SOOOO right! Keep pushing and you will break through that plateau! You're 35.9 pounds down, and you're in the 150's - EXCELLENT!
